On a Forest Bathing experience, our fully qualified Forest Therapy Guides lead you through a series of activities that use the healing powers of the forest to help you re-balance your mind and body.
Originally in Japan it’s called shinrin yoku - Forest Bathing is an accepted part of Japanese preventative health care because of the mental, physical and spiritual health benefits it gives. Also known as forest therapy, since thousands of years of intuitive knowledge - we are part of nature and we have a deep need to feel that connection.
But Does it work ? - Forest Bathing has been around as a concept in Japan since the early 1980's and scientists there continue to conduct a large amount of research into its benefits, concluding that it deserves its place in the Japanese health-care system. More general research into the area of nature connections suggests that the real and long-term benefits include, among other things, reduced stress, improved immunity, lower blood pressure and accelerated recovery from illness or trauma.

The trees and plants in the forest emit substances called phytoncides - think of them as wood essential oils - which have been found to boost the immune system. Studies by Qing Li, a Japanese scientist who has been carrying out shinrin yoku research for many years, showed that Forest Bathing increases the NK (Natural Killer) cell activity in people, with this effect coming from phytoncides. The effects were seen to last for about 30 days and, as these NK cells help to fight disease, the study concludes that regular Forest Bathing trips may have a preventative effect on the development of diseases.

Common Itinerary for 1 Nights and 2 Days:
Day 01: At Afternoon, arrival at the Resort. After Check in. After rest In the evening class of Forest Bath, Its Benefits and procedure. Then tea, Bonfire, followed by Dinner. Overnight at Resort .
Day 02:
In the morning After having Breakfast we go for the Forest Bath in the thick forest of oak, Blue Pine and Cedar. We have more than 5000 acre of Alpine Forest in our Sourroundings, you will be in a good and thick forest of oak and deodar. This forest is one of the oldest forest in Himalayas. This is a Forest Heaven. you can see the beauty of nature like Himalayan Peaks, deep forest of Alpine trees, Apple Garden etc... this Moment you would love to capture in your cameras. In Lunch you will be served mouth watering local cuisine with love in the ECO Village. You shall do all the procedure and activities of Forest Bath with your Trainer. you will plant a tree also with the name of your near and dear one.
